Personal Training

Personal Training  is a program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in an individualized program tailored just for you! No matter if you have just started your fitness journey or are ready to push yourself to the next level, we have something for you.

All personal training sessions take place at our Crawford Street Clinic. Call our office to schedule your personal training session at 229.221-9189. Spots are limited and available first come, first served.

Group Fitness Classes

The Method at 1915 South offers group barre, Pilates and strength training classes. All classes focus on improving physical and mental strength, flexibility, body awareness cardiovascular endurance while being a sense of community and belonging . We are better together!

All group fitness classes are booked through our scheduling software, Walla and take place at The Barn at 1915 South.

Physical Therapy

Under the direction of Christina Maher, PT, DPT we offer one-on-one physical therapy services to Medicare participants and direct access self pay patients. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Dr. Maher will develop a plan of care that incorporates appropriate exercises, pain relief, manual therapy techniques, patient goal setting and education. Our goal is to improve the patient’s quality of life and allow the patient to recover from an injury or surgery while reducing the risk of re-injury. Our approach allows you to enjoy a fully customizable experience, which leads to a faster recovery.

Classical Pilates

Pilates is the practice of specific controlled movement and breath with a focus on core and spinal support, which builds strength, improves flexibility and enhances posture.

The Pilates Method allows each client to experience a new level of muscle control and awareness and is endlessly adaptable to whatever challenges the body may present, whether it be a chronic illness, injury-related pain, or being in suboptimal shape. We want the intentional movements we present through the Pilates Method to bring healing and a new level of confidence to all of our Pilates clients.

We offer classical Pilates group apparatus classes using the reformer, tower and chairs. These classes are booked through our scheduling software, Walla. To book a private or duet session, please call our office at 229.221-9189. All Pilates apparatus classes, private and duets take place at our Crawford Street Clinic.
